Hi Roadies!

Today we'd like to share this cute card created by Guest Designer, Kryssi Ng on the Maya Road DT Blog! The very bright summer-y colors and cute owl caught our eye when Kryssi posted this card on our Facebook wall. We're sure you'll find it adorable too!

On this card, Kryssi used a page from the Birdcage Chipboard Book, as well as some Vintage Crochet Pom Pom trim

Kryssi also shares a tip on using your Maya Road chipboard shapes - perfect to use on your handmade cards!

I often use chipboard shapes as templates for shapes that I otherwise can not/would not draw freehand. They are perfect as stencils to trace around! Use a finger knife for maximum control when cutting through curves. To smooth out any edges, simply sand or file the edges.

Thanks so much for sharing your creativity with us Kryssi!
