Spring Time Magnet

Spring seems to be blooming all around us so in the spirit of all things that bloom here is a fridge magnet with some heat embossed sheer flowers!


Supplies:

Maya Road Clear Acrylic Square Scallop Coaster Album, Maya Road Sheer Blossoms, Maya Road Foundations Buttons Neutrals Chipboard, fabric, thread, cardstock, patterned paper, 2x2 photos, magnet strips, adhesive.


Step 1: I embossed the sheer flowers in my Cuttlebug embossing folder.


Step 2: Apply Versamark to flowers.

Step 3: Apply heat embossing powder and heat. Allow plenty of time to cool before touching.



Step 4: Create a fabric yo-yo.

Step 5: Add button to yo-yo and adhere to flower(s)



Step 6:Heat emboss chipboard button

Step 7: Cut cardstock 3 1/4x31/4 adhere to acrylic square scalloped piece

Step 8: Cut patterned paper 3x3 and adhere on top of cardstock

Step 9: Place 2x2 photo on to the patterned paper

Step 10: Add your flower!

Step 11: Add piece of magnet strip to back of acrylic scalloped piece and put on fridge!
