Altered Envelope

Kraft envelopes are so fun to alter and the possibilities are endless!

To alter mine I first cut two pieces of pattern paper to fit each side of the envelope...

To then cut two half circles so the paper could easily tuck underneath the circle closure...

To ensure a *seamless look* I attached two piece of cardstock to hide the vertical seam...

To add some bling I simply tucked some scrap paper under the "circle closures" and covered the circles with Glossy Accents. I then added buttons and jewel flowers; followed by another layer of Glossy Accents. Once the Glossy Accent was set, but not completely dry, I removed the scrap white paper.
