The kids tried to make a cheesecake the other day on their own, and it turned out rather badly. So I decided to start them with an easy recipe we adapted from the Kraft site which we made a bit more kid-friendly.
Ingredients
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Gather all ingredients together next to the mixer.
Weigh out 16oz of cream cheese. Put into the mixer. Add vanilla and sugar and start mixing on low until well mixed.
Add the two eggs and then mix again quickly until incorporated.
Pour into a pre-made crust. Tap tray lightly to release some of the bubbles.
Place into the pre-heated oven for 35 minutes for soft cheese cake and 45 minutes for a more well baked one.
Cook in the fridge for 2 to 4 hours. Or freezer for 30 minutes.
Spread blueberry topping to the center of the pie.
Add strawberries the edge.
Cut and serve!
