Mixed Media On Pallet

Belly Lau | Maya Road

I didn't touch my scrapbooking beauties for a month, because my son is going to have an important exam in mid April, I have to help and go with him. But I can't stop myself to play with this DIY Wood Mini Scroll Pallet once I received it, the shape and size is perfect to make a hanging sign for my house front door. I love mixed media very much, so that's what I've done on this pallet, I adhere scrapbook papers on the pallet and add a few acrylic colors on it in order to get it prepared for the stamping and embellishments.

In the same box, I have also this beautiful Maya Road Rose Garden Sentiments Stamp Set. I used the leaves stamps as background, I highlighted the details with black pen, how lovely they are.

With the same set of stamps, I used another leaf stamp at the top together with one of the flower stamp in the set. Although they are coming in a pair, I used only the detail one and backed up with paper.

To embellish and finish the decoration on this pallet, I used here the Maya Road Wood Shipping Tags, Vintage Paper Flowers, Vintage Key, Ken Oliver Vintage Trims and Resin Nesting Birds.

Enjoy!!!

Thanks for stopping by :)
