Strawberry House And Album

Maya Road | Maya Road

One of my favorite Maya Road products is the set of 3 houses, the Bungalow, the Townhouse and the Villa. I have created these houses in so many themes and never get sick of making them or displaying them.  The littlest one, the Townhouse makes a perfect gift card holder also.

For this project, I used the Townhouse and was able to get my hands on some of the new October Afternoon "Fly A Kite" papers from CHA.  I had so much fun making this little project and it passed quite a few rainy day hours for me.
I used some vintage milk caps on the roof, I tend to collect and hoard these just for when I make houses. They make great roof tops.

I used Hydrangea Maya Mist for the windows and the edge of the door.  I stamped the windows with the new Edges Singleton border stamp by Maya Road using the Maya Road white pigment ink (my new favorite white ink).

Notice the little trinket beads in the picture...they look super cute with the October Afternoon Fly A Kite line.

I used my favorite red gingham ribbon on this.  Maya Road makes the best gingham ribbons!

I used the white cherry blossom rubons on this page.  Those are another staple stock item for me.  I use those rubons all the time.

I used two of the new trims on this page.  The yellow ruffle edge trim and the zig zag white vintage trim.

Another favorite, the PERFECT shade of red crochet trim by Maya Road.

And cream ruffle trim to finish it off.

Now, if this project doesn't make you in the mood for summer.........then I think you are just a winter person!

Enjoy!
