SuperHeroes Unite

Halloween isn't just for kids, it's for your pets also!  Plus it makes for good photo opportunities and some laughter also.

I am the first one to admit that double page layouts are hard for me.  So, start with a sketch to get an idea of what you want to do!  This was based on a PageMaps sketch and adapted to fit the theme.  I used stars and a target to adapt the sketch to my theme.

I love to focus on titles and I actually did two on this layout.  The "Superheroes Unite" and then the "to be continued" at the bottom of the second page.

The foam letters did not show up where I wanted to put them, so I used a Copic marker (courtesy of a cropping friend!) to color them to work.

Don't forget to add little touches all over your pages.  On this layout I used a lot of kraft accents and wood veneer from Maya Road, along with sequins. I also accented the center of the target with a "BAM"! Fitting for superheroes!  There was actually a heart in the middle, but was easily covered by the word.

Don't be scared to start with a sketch and adapt it.  I changed a picture size and the theme of the sketch.  Try it!  It's easy once you start doing it!
